The Alchemy Room's Story
The Alchemy Room exists to help people live with greater vitality, clarity, and meaning – not just for now, but for the long run.

Rooted in the belief that your healthspan – the quality of your life, not just the length of it – is worth investing in, we support driven individuals who feel disconnected, overworked, or stuck in a version of success that no longer feels aligned.

Through personalized coaching and evidence-based mind-body practices, Mackenzie guides clients in creating sustainable behavior change, building resilience, and designing lives that feel deeply authentic, one intentional step at a time.

The Alchemy Room's approach blends multicultural wisdom with modern science, weaving together nervous system regulation, holistic habit change, and somatic awareness to support lasting change.

Because a well-lived life isn’t built overnight – it’s shaped by the small, intentional choices we make every day.
Meet Your Coach
Mackenzie
Mackenzie Burke | Certified Health & Wellness Coach (Duke Health) | RYT-200 (Yoga Alliance) Founder of The Alchemy Room
Hi, I’m Mackenzie – a Certified Health & Wellness Coach (trained at Duke), certified yoga teacher, and former corporate project manager who now helps people improve the quality of their lives through intentional, sustainable change.

Why I Do This Work
I believe success means nothing if it costs your well-being.

After years in fast-paced corporate roles, I realized I was thriving professionally but running on empty. That led me to redefine what a good life truly looks like – one rooted in energy, presence, and purpose.

Now, I help others do the same: improve their healthspan, build habits that last, and create lives that feel as good as they look.
What Makes Me Different
I bridge the world of high-achieving structure with intentional well-being.
Clients often tell me I “get it” – because I understand the pressure and the tools it takes to build a healthier, more sustainable way of living.
